Cancellation Policy
Orice client poate solicita returnarea banilor plătiți în termen de 10 zile de la comandă/plată, din orice motiv, dacă produsul sau serviciul nu a fost livrat și dacă produsul (harta Human Design) nu este deja în proces de realizare. Pentru sesiunile de terapie, nu oferim rambursări după ce sesiunea a avut loc. Sesiunile individuale de terapie achiziționate pot fi transferate către o altă persoană doar dacă nu fac parte dintr-un plan (de exemplu oferta 3+1). Sesiunile de terapie achiziționate pe site trebuie programate cu cel puțin 24 de ore în avans – în caz contrar, este posibil să fii contactat pentru a reprograma întâlnirea la o dată ulterioară. Reprogramarea unei sesiuni este posibilă doar cu 48 de ore în avans, o singură dată per plan sau per sesiune achitată individual. Dacă este necesară o altă reprogramare, sesiunea respectivă este considerată pierdută. Orice reprogramare se va face telefonic, la 0774.955.741.
